What is Brand Rivet?
Brand Rivet is an AI-assisted social content service for restaurants and home service businesses, operated by Focal Point Media, LLC. It brings brand profiles, content ideas, drafts and planning into one studio, with human strategy support included in Growth Autopilot.
What does each plan include?
Starter includes 6 original post slots and 12 image-generation credits per billing period for $750 per month. Presence includes 10 post slots and 20 image credits for $1,000 per month. Growth Autopilot includes 20 post slots, 40 image credits and one monthly strategy meeting for $2,500 per month. All plans have a $500 one-time setup fee. Applicable taxes and any expressly disclosed discounts appear at checkout.
What can I try before subscribing?
The public studio demo uses fictional sample content and simulated credits. No signup or payment is required. The live member studio requires a verified paid subscription; the team will confirm available service scope before paid onboarding.
Does Brand Rivet automatically publish my content?
Social account connections, automatic publishing, live platform analytics and automatic weekly reports are still in development. Saving a draft, choosing a calendar date or approving content does not publish it. Review current availability before subscribing.
How are image credits and post slots counted?
Each new image or image retry uses one image credit. Caption edits do not use image credits. Failed image attempts release their reserved credit. One original post adapted across platforms uses one post slot; a distinct post uses another slot. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Video generation is not included.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues through that period. Who owns my content and reviews AI output?
You keep ownership of the material you supply. You must have permission to use uploaded photos, logos and other assets, and review AI output for accuracy and rights before use. The terms explain ownership of final paid deliverables and the limits of AI-generated material.
