Privacy Notice
Prelaunch notice. Provider contracts, retention and new integrations still require verification before paid onboarding.
1. Scope and contact
This notice explains Brand Rivet, a service of Focal Point Media, LLC. Contact FocalPointKody@gmail.com for privacy questions or access, correction, export or deletion requests. This service is intended for adults acting for businesses and is not directed to children.
2. Information we handle
We handle account identifiers and email, brand profiles, website and audience details, uploaded business images, prompts, AI results, drafts, dates, comments, approvals, subscription identifiers and status, credit usage, and support correspondence. We record studio section visits, generation activity, saved changes and errors so the owner can support clients. We do not record your screen or keystrokes. Wix and hosting providers may also process device, network and security logs. A future payment provider will handle payment credentials; do not send full card numbers to Brand Rivet.
3. Uses and access
We use information to operate accounts, verify paid access, generate and store content, track allowances, support clients, investigate failures, maintain security and meet legal obligations. The Brand Rivet owner and authorized service personnel can review client profiles, content, prompts, results and support activity for those purposes. Information is not made public merely because you save it in the studio. Do not upload personal information about others unless you have the necessary authority and notices.
4. Providers and AI processing
Wix provides hosting, member identity, data storage, media storage and integration transport. Text generation currently sends the submitted brief to OpenAI through Wix. Image generation sends the submitted brief to Runware through Wix using the configured Google image model; generated images are imported into Wix media storage. Generated image URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the link; do not treat those URLs as confidential file storage. Payment processing, social account connection and automatic analytics/reporting are not yet connected. Their providers, data flows, permissions and policies will be disclosed before activation. Providers may process data outside your state or country. Their contractual roles, retention and AI training settings require verification before commercial launch; this notice makes no zero-retention or no-training promise.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Account sign-in uses Wix session and security technology. The interactive demo stores sample profile, draft and usage changes in your browser; use Reset sample content to clear its demo state. Browser storage is separate from live member records. Optional analytics or advertising tracking, if introduced, will be separately disclosed and consent requested where required. Accepting the terms does not opt you into marketing.
6. Retention, security and deletion
Live profiles, media, drafts, usage and acknowledgment records are stored to provide and support the service and preserve relevant business records. There is not yet an automatic account-wide deletion schedule. Some activity histories are capped and older entries may be replaced; they are not a complete surveillance record. Ask us to export or delete your information; we will verify the request, explain applicable legal retention requirements and coordinate deletion with service providers where applicable. Backups and required billing/dispute records may remain for applicable retention periods. Deleting a saved draft does not guarantee immediate deletion of a previously shared media URL or provider copy. No online system is completely secure.
7. Your choices and applicable rights
You can correct brand information in your studio and contact us for account information, export, deletion or privacy complaints. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we will explain any refusal and available appeal route. We do not sell client personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Do not submit sensitive personal information or children’s records. If your business needs a data-processing agreement or special confidentiality controls, contact us before uploading that data. Canceling a subscription and requesting deletion are separate actions.
8. Updates
We will update this notice when practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent when applicable law requires. Material new AI, payment or social-provider processing will be disclosed before activation. The version shown on this page identifies the notice you reviewed.
